PE-Flexichamber

Infiltration into and exfiltration from the sewer network is a common challenge. Pipelines are often rehabilitated using trenchless methods, but manhole rehabilitation is sometimes overlooked. We should adopt a holistic approach: manholes should always be rehabilitated as part of a tight and completely sealed sewer system.

PE- Flexichamber is a way to rehabilitate manholes by installing a plastic chamber inside the existing manhole. PE-Flexichamber consists of specially designed factory-made PE components, which can be easily welded and modified at the worksite.  This trenchless manhole rehabilitation is carried out by two men in a live flow situation (without bypass).  The trenchless sliplining is made with Flexipipes and the chamber is subsequently connected to the ends of the pipes.
